    Will FairyTap™ work with any payment terminal?

    Yes! FairyTap™ works with any standard credit or debit card that has contactless NFC tap-to-pay enabled. It works at virtually every NFC terminal worldwide - grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, retail, you name it. If your card already taps to pay on its own, it works inside the wand.

    How does my card stay secure inside the wand?

    Your card slides into a snug internal slot at the base of the wand and stays firmly in place during use. It won't wobble or fall out when you wave it. Simply slide it out whenever you need to use your card normally.

    Can I fit any card inside - what if mine is thicker?

    FairyTap™ fits all standard credit, debit and bank cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. If your card has a thick protective case on it, simply remove the case first before sliding it in.

    How long does shipping take & can I return it?

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on location. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 15 days for an easy return or replacement.
